Weather Policy: In the event of severe weather (heavy rain, high winds, etc.), Buckeye Mobile Laser Tag reserves the right to cancel your reservation. If conditions are marginal, we will give you the option to keep the reservation. If you decide to cancel, a refund of your deposit will only be issued if there is inclement weather at the scheduled time of your reservation. If there is inclement weather during the time of  your reservation, in lieu of cancellation, we will issue a rain check good for one year and apply your full deposit toward your future reservation. 

Damages: We take very good care of our equipment and will not hold you or your party responsible for normal wear and tear.  However, if damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence, you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the equipment.  Our taggers are the best in the market and are quite costly to repair or replace. We don't want any of our customers to be in that situation, which is why we have every participant sign our waiver that contains safety rules. We also have optional waiver damage that can be purchased to cover any unintentional damage that may occur during your rental period.
